Unveiling Israel – LOTS of holidays

2017 is an exciting year for me, one of the reasons being that I started a master’s degree in Archaeology and History of the Holy Land at Tel Aviv University. I decided to record my daily life in Middle East periodically and unveil Israel from my experience here.

After one week of school orientation and another week of regular school, Tel Aviv University/Israel is still so mysterious to me. Weekdays start from Sunday. Business and public transportation shut down on Friday and Saturday. Also, my last class ends at 10 am Thursday, which means my weekend starts from Thursday.

The following is a TAU academic calendar for this coming year, I’m going to embrace LOTS of holidays. Yay!
